Reservation Conditions and Cancellation Policy

Prepay and Save Rate

  • Valid Credit Card details are required.
  • The price will be charged on the day of reservation (including 5% city tax).
  • Reservation is only confirmed if the full price can be charged on the credit card.
  • No amendment of the reservation is allowed.
  • When cancelled, no refund will be made.

Standard Rate

  • Valid Credit Card details are required.
  • No prepayment is required but credit card will be authorised.
  • No cancellation fee if cancelled 24 hours prior to the date of arrival. If cancelled later or In case of no show 100 percent price of the first night will be charged.
  • Amendment of the reservation is allowed and free of charge 24 hours prior to the date of arrival.
  • Please note that the date of arrival starts at 0.00 a.m. (CET).


  • A signed authorisation letter along with the id copy of the credit card holder and a copy of the credit card (both sides) are required if one uses or provide any other credit card details than his or her own. The letter must indicate the rights giving to the hotel to charge the credit card.
  • The documents can be handed in at the reception on the day of arrival.

About pre-authorisation

  • Pre-authorisation is not a charge it is a temporary hold. When you make a reservation, there may be instances that the hotel will pre-authorise your credit card. This means hotel will check if your credit card is a valid credit card and if the card has enough money to cover at least the first night of your reservation. The hotel, however, will not proceed with the charge it is a temporary hold. The length of the hold will vary, and your credit card company can advise how they handle this.
  • Hotel reserve the right to pre-authorise your card, but this doesn't mean it will occur with every booking. Don't worry, if your card is pre-authorised, both the hotel and your credit card company is there to help. They may also be able to assist you with removing these holds sooner.
